Refund & Returns
BlessCart accepts returns for eligible products within 15 days of delivery for exchange or refund, subject to the conditions below.
Customized or made‑to‑order items (e.g., printed and laminated wall art, framed photographs) are final sale except for transit damage or manufacturing defects.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method; shipping and COD fees are non‑refundable.
Eligibility for Return
Item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
A valid order number and unboxing video/photos showing the issue are required for defective/damaged claims.
Returns requested after 15 days of delivery, or items showing wear, stains, odors, or alterations, are not eligible.
Non‑returnable Items
Customized/Personalized products, made‑to‑order frames, laminated prints, clearance items, gift cards, and digital downloads.
Hygiene‑sensitive products (where applicable) once opened.
Items marked “Final Sale.”
Damaged/Defective or Wrong Item Received
Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video of the outer box, shipping label, inner packaging, and product.
On approval, BlessCart will arrange a free replacement, repair, or refund. If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Return Process
Submit a return request from your BlessCart account or email support with order ID, reason, and images/video.
Wait for return authorization and instructions; unauthorized parcels may be refused.
Pack the item securely in original packaging; include invoice/packing slip.
Ship to the provided return address or use a pickup arranged by BlessCart (where available).
Return Shipping
For “change of mind” returns, the customer pays return shipping.
For approved defective/damaged/wrong‑item cases, BlessCart covers return pickup or reimburses standard courier charges (submit receipt).
Quality Check and Refund Timeline
After the item reaches our facility, allow 2–4 business days for QC.
On approval, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method. Bank posting times may vary.
If the return fails QC, the item will be sent back to you; shipping charges apply.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to place a new order and return the original (if eligible).
Direct exchanges are available for the same SKU/size if stock permits; otherwise, a refund or store credit will be offered.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD shipping/handling charges are non‑refundable.
Refunds for COD orders are issued as bank transfer or BlessCart store credit after QC; provide bank details as requested.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch from the “My Orders” section.
Customized/made‑to‑order items can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase only; beyond this window they move into production and cannot be canceled.
Lost or Tampered Parcels
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, report within 24 hours. An investigation with the courier will be initiated; resolution may take 7–10 business days.
Pricing Adjustments
Price adjustments are not offered on past purchases when promotions change after your order.

Notes for Wall Art/Frames Category (recommended add‑on)
Minor variations in color/finish may occur due to screen calibration and handcrafted processes; these are not defects.
Always handle laminated surfaces with a soft, dry cloth; avoid abrasives and solvents.
If the glass/acrylic/glazing arrives cracked, report within 48 hours with photos for a free replacement panel.
